1. Service scope
These Terms are between you and OFFERA STUDIO LTD. Offera is SaaS for quote intake and response tracking.
2. Account and subscription
Keep details accurate, protect credentials, and keep paid subscriptions active. Plans renew until cancelled.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Offera for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive messaging, credential abuse, reverse engineering, or bypassing controls.
4. Billing and refunds
Payments use approved providers. Paddle checkout orders are billed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the platform available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Liability is limited by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms for legal, technical, or product changes. Continued use means you accept the current version.
