User data deletion
You can request deletion of personal data processed by Offera Studio Ltd for Offera products, integrations, and connected Meta channels.
How to request deletion
Send an email with the subject line "Data deletion request" to hello@offerastudio.com.
- Include the email address connected to your Offera account.
- Include your company or workspace name, if applicable.
- If your request relates to a connected Meta account, include the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business account name so we can identify the integration.
What happens next
We will verify the request, remove or anonymise personal data that we are no longer required to keep, and disconnect related channel integrations where requested. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We aim to respond within 30 days of receiving enough information to identify the relevant account or integration.
